Abstract
The Concept of this research is to know how far the training and motivation that has been given to Public Officer influent the work of the Public officer especially in the level of echelon III and IV. From that hopefWly government can combine motivation and the Policy of training which has been implemented such as method, curriculum and tenn of training. Regarding motivation, indicator can he measured by the need of achievement, power and being love.
