Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has a significant contribution for economic growth of a country. Including Ihtiar Jaya. It is a SME manufacturing which is selling Teak made Furniture and mebel.. The prospect of Indonesia's domestic furniture market has great potential and opportunities, given the growing growth of the hotels, housing, commercial buildings. Ihtiar Jaya has been operated since more than 50 years ago. However, the company has not shown significant progress. Nowadays, the company wants to expand their business and improve their supply chain performance in order to reduce the activities cost of company, and create an innovation to win the market competition. However, the company does not know the current level of their performance, because they don’t have supply chain performance measurement in the company. On this research, it is focused on improving the competitiveness of Ihtiar Jaya in the future by identifying the conditions of supply chain and create supply chain performance measurement framework by using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. Weighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Supply chain performance measurement framework consists of 27 KPIs.
