Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of corporate life cycle to corporate social responsibility with moderation of slack resources. This study is made up from 152 observations of 76 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period of 2015-2016. By using multiple linear regression with two analysis models, which were: with moderation and without moderation. The result shows that corporate life cycle on growth and mature stages has significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility while slack resources strengthens positive effect of corporate life cycle on growth and mature stages on corporate social responsibility. Leverage control variable and firm size has significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility while the profitability variable does not show a significant effect.
