Abstract
After thoroughly discussed the statements of the problem, I got some conclusion regarding the topics. There were several points that could be concluded from this final report about using English in aviation industry especially at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia which answered two statements of problem. They were the usage of English by maintenance planner at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia and the rules to achieve safe maintenance process.
