Abstract
There were several important points that could be concluded from this final report about the work culture of south korean and its impact on business practice, obstacles were found in the work culture of south korean and its impact on business practice, and added values during internship as social media specialist at PT Aliansi Koin Indo. The first was about the work culture of South Korean at PT Aliansi Koin Indo. PT Aliansi Koin practices the work culture of South Korea in the daily activities. Based on the writer observation and audio record from interviews, the writer could find four types the work culture of South Korea consists of Kibun which means as feeling, Inhwa which means as harmony, power distance and hierarchy, and personal relationship. Therefore, by observing and identifying the work culture of South Korea, the writer could understand and learn South Korean work culture.
