Abstract

From the time being transactional leadership start to be left, researchers and practitioners commence to move to transformational leadership. Some research findings show consistent result - transformational leadership determines organizational performance in which the leadership is effective. Meanwhile gender is a variable that influence leadership effectiveness needed to be discussed. This paper tried to link between transformational leadership and gender.
