Abstract

Eimeria Tenella yang mengalami atenuasi dengan perendaman formalin memiliki potensi untuk menginduksi kekebalan respon imun pada ayam broiler berdasarkan pengamatan gejala dan penurunan produksi ookista. Dari semua perlakuan dengan konsentrasi formalin 0,15%, 0,3%, 0,6% dan 1,2%, konsentrasi formalin yang paling optimal dalam mengatenuasi Etenella untuk menginduksi respon imun pada ayam broiler adalah 0.3%, ditandai dengan produksi ookista yang paling rendah dibandingkan perlakuan lain.
