Abstract

Latar Belakang: Musik merupakan atribut universal yang terdapat di semua budaya dan ras. Salah satu manfaat dari musik adalah untuk mengatasi stres. Tubuh dan pikiran memiliki hubungan langsung yang saling mempengaruhi. Stres dapat berperan sebagai faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi permulaan dan perkembangan penyakit oromucosal. Salah satu penyakit oromucosal yang terkait stres adalah Recurrent aphthous stomatitis. Terjadinya RAS pada beberapa individu berhubungan dengan stres, karena stres mempengaruhi sistem imun. Stres mental dan fisik kronis menyebabkan sekresi sIgA menurun sehingga menyebabkan penurunan imunitas sekretori. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh musik dalam meningkatkan kadar sIgA pada pasien RAS. Metode: Sumber pustaka yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel melalui beberapa database seperti Pubmed, Science Direct, Google Scholar dan sumber kepustakaan sejenis dengan deskripsi terkait RAS, sIgA,stres dan musik. Hasil : Didapatkan 6 jurnal yang dipakai dalam literature review ini. Kesimpulan: Musik berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kadar sIgA pada pasien RAS.
