Abstract

The media for language teaching is various, one of them is television. Television is a media that is familiar to a lot of people and easy to access. In language teaching with television as the media, there are a lot principles and methods that can be used by language teacher to make the learning process better. This report provides the principles and the method used in language teaching with television program as the medium. The findings of this research indicate that the television program used flexibility, accessibility and interactivity principles and the method used is an audio-lingual method.
