Abstract

The concept and value of entrepreneurship islamically must be based on the teachings of the Qur'an and The Hadith as a form of obedience and a sense of responsibility to Allah SWT. In addition to the concept of entrepreneurship in Islam, you must also know the concept in terms of doing halal economic transactions in accordance with the concept of Islamic sharia. This is what indicates that in human life on the surface of the earth is always doing economic transactions. One of the studies related to the Role of Muslim women Entrepreneurs in Community Empowerment (Batik Al-Barokah and Batik Safira Pakandangan). This research aims to find out the difference in Sharia Business Concept by Muslim Entrepreneurs Batik Al-Barokah, Batik Al-Qomar, and Batik Melati. Research there is a difference with previous research that examined the role of Muslim women entrepreneurs in community empowerment in Batik Al-Barokah and Batik Safira in Pakandangan. Based on the results of research shows that Batik Al-Barokah entered into the concept of Sharia Business, by applying islamic business principles described by Yusuf Qardhawi is the principle of unity, balance, not monopolistic, responsible for goods sold, honesty of its merchandise, and not doing business mall practices. While Batik Al-Qomar and Batik Melati have not implemented Sharia Business because there are principles that are not in accordance with sharia provisions, namely doing business mall practices that are prohibited in Islamic law, one of which is that there is an element of riba in its business.
