Abstract
Telah berhasil diiisolasi dan diidentifikasi berbagai jamur endofit dari Alyxia reinwardtii diantaranya jamur barn Lecythophora sp. Produksi tertinggi asam kojat Lecythophora sp. strain 30.5 mencapai (2238 ± 62) Jlg/ml dalam media glukosa 50 gIL, yeast extract 5 gIL, KH2P04 IglL, MgS04.7H20 0,5 giL pH 5,6 pada suhu kamar dengan pengocokan 100 rpm selama delapan had.
