Abstract
Bahan penelitian yang digunakan ialah mencit atau tikus putih kecil (Mat sebagai hewan percobaan sedangkan ookista Toxoplasma gondii Isolat Surabaya yanq berasal dari diaphragma babi digunakan sebagai bahan infeksi buatan dalam percobaan ini. Mencit terdiri dari empat kelompok yaitu mencit dara tidak bunting, mencit bunting minggu pertama, minggu ke¬dua dan minggu ketiga. Ooktista T. gondii IsoIat Surabaya dalam keadaan infoktif sebacat bahan infekst dengan jumlah 100 ookista tiap mencit dan dtinokudasikan per oral. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari vartabel titer antibodi, gambaran darah, parasitaemoa dan histopato¬logis. Variabel gembaran darah terdiri dari packed cell volume (pcv), jumlah sel darah merah, haemoglobin, jumlah sel darah putth, persentase neutrophil, eosinophil,limposit dan monosit.
