Abstract

Abstract There are several techniques for the prevention of dog-ear. All of the techniques have their own disadvantages, since mostly they lengthen the wound. The current technique prevents dog ear during inverted-T breast lift and reduction without lengthening the wound or creating tension while closing the wound.
