Abstract
Transformasi organisasi membuka peluang lebar bagi setiap individu untuk berperan lebih aktif dengan berbagai fungsi sosial yang lebih menantang. Sementara berbagai macam teknologi baru dan jenjang interaksi antar individu yang kian berkembang pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memungkinkan setiap warga masyarakat dapat berperan lebih aktif dalam setiap sisi kehidupan manusia.
