Abstract
This research aims to determine and examine the effect of cash flow and international diversification on cash holding of manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2020. The number of samples used were 57 manufacturing companies with a total of 260 observations using the purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that cash flow has a significant positive effect on the company's cash holding, while international diversification has a significant negative effect on the company's cash holding. The control variables in this study are leverage and asset tangibility, have a significant negative effect on the company's cash holding and firm size has a significant positive effect on the company's cash holding.
