Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Product Innovation terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Pengaruh Green Product Innovation terhadap kepemilikan keluaraga, pengaruh kepemilikan keluarga terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan pengaruh Green Product Innovation terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan kepemilkan keluarga sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel penelitian adalah 216 perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI, dan data perusahaan di ambil selama 4 tahun (2017-2020). Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu Green Product Innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Green Product Innovation berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kepemilikan Keluarga, Kepemilikan Keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, dan Green Product Innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui Kepemilikan keluarga.
