Abstract

Business competition and cooperative organization activity in the global era is very uncompromising. In this competation , management factor is very dominant. An Manager will result in component cooperative performance to Achiement Cooperative Objective , ideal condition Quality Manager wich can be achived by education, training, creativity , leadership, humanity , integrity and entepreneur. An intepreuneur must be ready for an unhealthy competation and able to see static environment as fluctuated and that it change according dynamic members sociaty
