Abstract
PT. Agri Makmur Pertiwi is a company engaged in the field of agribusiness. One of the jobs that have the risk incidence of musculoskeletal disorders complaints was the packaging stage because workers work on repetitive movements with no ergonomic posture. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of risk musculoskeletal disorders in packing section workers at PT Agri Makmur Pertiwi Kediri. Research was an observational descriptive with cross sectional approach. The primary data obtained from the result of observation and interviews with respondents and the secondary data obtained from the company. The respondents of this research was the 21 packaging workers. Data of body posture were analyzed by Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and data of the severity of MSDs were analyzed by Nordic Body Map (NBM) method. The result of body posture based on REBA method was found that 47,6% of workers have medium risk, 28,6% of workers have high risk and 14,3% ofworkers have very high risk. Result of severity of MSDs based on Nordic Body Map (NBM) method was found that 57,1% of workers had medium risk and 23,8% of workers had high risk. Based on the result of research using REBA method most of workers have medium risk and the result of NBM method most workers also have medium risk. Company recommend to set the appropriate work station with the anthropometry of workers, adding tables and chairs for workers that should be done in sitting position and the workers do muscle relaxation before work or during approximately one hour in a static position.
