Abstract

The causal study between Work Satisfaction, Achievement motivation, and Innovativeness with Teacher Self Actualization in 9th in Public Senior High School, 16th Public Senior High School and 2nd Muhammadiyah Islamic Senior Higl School. The study was carried out the causal relationship between Job Satisfaction, Achievement Motivation, and Innovativeness with Self Actualization for Teacher Who teach in 9th Public Senior High School 16th Public Senior High School and 2nd Muhammadiyah Islamic Senior High School. The aim of this research is to study the causal relationship between four variables. The variables are self actualisation, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and innovativeness. The research was conducted at 9th Public Senior High School 16th Public Senior High School and 2nd Muhammadiyah Islamic Senior High School, on March-April 2005, with 64 samples selected randomly.
