Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa berprestasi Fokus penelitian ini meliputi tiga aspek utama, yaitu motif dasar, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, dan manfaat yang diperoleh dan hasil prestasi. Motif dasar di sini adalah dorongan/stimulus yang menggerakkan perilaku sadar individu dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya berprestasi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah faktor-faktor yang berasal dari dalam dan luar diri tndividu yang mempenganahi individu dalam berprestasi. Manfaat itu sendiri adalah tujuan dari motif berprestasi yang disebut insentif (incentive)
