Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) Pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, dan (2) Nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan TOBIN’s Q memoderasi pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap biaya modal ekuitas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 66 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berturut-turut pada tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2013. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis uji t sampel independen, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan: (1) Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, dan (2) Nilai perusahaan secara signifikan memperkuat pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap biaya modal ekuitas.
