Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh komisaris independen dan konsentrasi kepemilikan, serta ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, leverage, dan umur perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdatar di BEI selama periode 2010-2014. Total sampel penelitian adalah 44 perusahaan yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen berpengaruh positif sigifikan dan konsentrasi kepemilikian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q.
