Abstract
The research intends to analyze (1) motivation dependence on average rate of wage and salary, official's incentive, carrier enhancement, work relation compatibility and work protection. (2) service quality dependence on work completion degree of satisfaction of tax and toll obligator satisfaction along with official's hospitality. (3) official's professionalism dependence on outcome oriented level, persistence endurance capacity and initiative. (4) performance dependence on PAD income development realization of potency and the ratio between PAD to APBD. (5) effects of motivation on level of official's professionalism. (6) effects of service quality on official's professionalism level. (7) effects of level of official's professionalism on performance of Bureau of Remunoration. Data used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Data was analyzed by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Research result shows that (1) Motivation on the form of wages and salary, carrier enhancement, work relation simultaneously has significant effects on the official's professionalism. (2) Service quality factor in the forms of punctuality work completion, degree of satisfaction of tax and toll obligator satisfaction along with official's hospitality significantly effected to level of official's professionalism. (3) therefore, both variable motivation and service quality simultaneously has significant effects on the level of official's professionalism. However, it turned out that service quality variable had more significant effect on the level of official's professionalism (4) official's professionalism level factor such as outcome oriented level, persistence endurance capacity and initiative simultaneously has significant effects on the performance on Karimun Regency Bureau of Remunoration. (5) In that case all hypotheses in this research are accepted.
