Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the institutional arrangement the organisation of regional equipment and the official of the structure of regional equipment in the Jombang Regency after the implementation of PP No 41 in 2007 about the Organisation of Daerah Equipment and proved that the institutional arrangement the organisation of regional equipment and the position of the structure of his regional equipment was the PP No. implementation 41 Th 2007. The theory that was used in this research was the theory of the implementation with the approach great-down. The methodology of the research that was used was qualitative research by descriptive analysis. The result is, the PP No application 41 th 2007 in the Jombang Regency that the formation used the maximal pattern. Reccomendation the appointment of the position was preferably carried out with the standard of position competence. The the problem of the research Is the limitations of time.
