Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha seorang wirausahawan kecil adalah kemampuannya untuk selalu melakukan inovasi baik inovasi dalam hal pemasaran maupun dalam hal inovasi produknya. Perilaku inovasi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain faktor latar belakang individu, konteks lingkungannya dan kepribadian individu. Kepribadian individu yang dimaksud antara lain locus of control internal dan self efficacy yang mempengaruhi sikap optimis, percaya diri, ulet dan pantang menyerah yang terangkum dalarn Adversity Quotient. Oleh karena itu dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Adversity Quotient Terhadap Perilaku Inovasi Wirausahawan Kecil.
