Abstract
The objective of this research are to determine direct influences between satisfaction and price tolerance, with commitment as intervening variables, and satisfaction to price tolerance. in this study we use Ballester dan Aleman (2001) framework as a starting point and to be supported by others for making developed conceptual model. This research use quantitative approach. This study search data from 200 moslem customers of Rumah Makan Padang at Surabaya. data collecting for responent which having lunch or dinner at Rumah Makan Padang for last ,onth and they have done buy some food from their selves. Data analysis is used path analysis. our reveal that satisfaction has positive impact on commitment. Moreover, we found that commitment has positively impact and finally to increased price tolerance. So, we can find that satisfaction has positively impact on price tolerance. Moslem custumers have willingness to pay higher prices with 'an-taradhain because they have positive feelings or satisfied. an important managerial implication is rumah makan Padang at Surabaya need to qualify services from halal food, tate of food, variance of food, till service on delivering some food for the customers. For further research, it can be joint impact add to our undestandingof the concept of price tolerance from the fragmentation of Rumah makan padang at Surabaya at economy price, medium-premium, and premium price. So, researchers need to be done by incorporating religiousity as a moderator variable.
