Abstract

This research is aimed at analyst the protection of Patent Holder against a number of infringements. Infringement usually appears when protected inventions are economicly exploited by Kind Parties without paten holder license or permision The Paten holders somtimes bring the case of this infringement before tne courts in order to prevent the greater damages or losses. This is taken to prevent the greater impact of losses suffered by the Holder and / or the owner of the Patent, as regulated in Article 155 of Act 13 (2016) about Patents, known as Provisional Measure (Injunction) The objective in this thesis is to determine patent infringements of nonbiological processes that can cause losses suffered by the Holder patent. Determine effective legal remedies to injuctions prevent greater losses and stop the infringements of the Patent immediately and effectively.
