Abstract
The results of this study indicate that PT BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng has 13 identified risks from operational risk ranges. At the time of risk analysis BPRS Jabal Nur does not make a risk register in which there is a Composite Risk Index (CRI) and creates a risk matrix. At the risk analys stage, it was found that the biggest risk of BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng was human risk, namely from internal process errors and fraud. So far, BPRS Jabal Nur Tebuireng has handled its operational risks well.
