Abstract
Selama melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) selama 7 minggu di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwkilan Jawa Timur, penulis banyak mendapatkan pengetahuan dan ilmu yang sangat bermanfaat dan berguna bagi penulis kedepannya. Khususnya dalam Divisi Pengembangan Pasar Modal yang sering bertemu dengan jajaran manajemen perusahaan sehingga penulis dapat mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dialami perusahaan sebelum melakukan initial public offering.
