Abstract

Today, competition in the business world is becoming increasingly tight. Responding to this phenomenon, the internal environment in the company's business activities is very important to note. In other words, companies must know how the condition of the company's performance in advance to determine the strategy and it can be determined by measuring its performance against the performance of the company. CV Tirto Wening an industrial installation and repair AC (Air Conditioner). In its operating activities companies often an imbalance between the cost came out to meet the needs of consumers with incomes and caused net income to be low. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the performance of the Performance Prism method, because this method align all important aspects of a business such as consumers, workers, owners or investors, suppliers, and government. To determine the priority of each KPI should be used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research is a case study. The research data was obtained by questionnaire to company officials Results Form this study resulted in a performance measurement system with 10Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and produces 4 KPI with the highest weighting KPI6 (0,833); KPI2 (0.352); KPII(0.329); KPI8 (0.317). Weighting results show that the company can improve the overall performance with a focus on corporate activity relating to owners or investors, workers, and suppliers.
