Abstract

"The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on corporate financial performance (CFP). This study includes the female director (FD) variable as a moderating variable to examine the effect of CSR disclosure on CFP. The number of observations used in this study were 475 observations on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the 2015-2019 period. This research uses a purposive sampling method with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study confirm the positive influence of corporate social responsibility on corporate financial performance. The results also show that female directors strengthen the effect of CSR disclosure on corporate financial performance.
