Abstract

Surabaya adalah kota metropolitan kedua setelah Jakarta, surabaya merupakan ibukota dari provinsi Jawa Timur, pertumbuhan dan peningkatan akan jumlah penduduk menjadi problem utama di kota modern, maka dari itu pertumbuhan kota sangat penting dilakukan disurabaya hal ini sangat menunjang sekali demi terciptanya pertumbuhan kota dan peningkatan ekonomi perkotaan serta semakin menyerap tenaga kerja yang ada dikota. Maka dari itu pembanguan kota surabaya ini terfokus pada perdagangan dan penyediaan jasa, dari sektor perdagangan laju pertumbuhan pusat perbelanjaan dan tumbuhnya toko-toko menjadi daya tarik investor untuk berinvestasi di Surabaya, penyedia jasa salah satunya hotel menjadi fenomena baru di surabaya penambahan dan pembangunan hotel yang sangat pesat di surabaya membuat pendapatan kota pun semakin meningkat. Hampir diseluruh penjuru kota surabaya atau setiap wilayah surabaya pertumbuhan dan pertambahan hotel meningkat. Dengan ini menunjukkan bahwa wajah kota surabaya ini semakin hari semakin menarik dan menggoda untuk dikunjungi pertumbuhan kota yang meningkata memunculkan kelas menengah baru yang juga menjadi aset utama kota menjadi kelompok penyangga ekonomi kota dengan pendapatan yang dia miliki. Semoga dengan ini wajah kota semakin indah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi surabaya juga semakin meningkat.
