Abstract

Kualitas layanan merupakan tingkatan kondisi baik buruknya sajian yang diberikan oleh perusahaan jasa dalam rangka memuaskan pengguna. Perpustakaan sekolah merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang penting dalam proses pendidikan. Selain sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar perpustakaan juga memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam memacu tercapainya tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kualitas layanan yang akan dilihat dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan pada perpustakaan sekolah bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi yang merupakan sekolah yang menggabungkan anak normal dan anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk belajar bersama. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 dimensi LibQual yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control dan Library as Place. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 29 Surabaya dan SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 70 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kualitas layanan perpustakaan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMPN 29 Surabaya dengan SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 For Windows. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas layanan perpustakaan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di SMPN 29 Surabaya dengan SMPN 4 Sidoarjo tidak memiliki perbedaaan pada dimensi Affect of Service, Dimensi Information Control dan Dimensi Library as Place. In addition to learning activities as supporting the library also holds a very important role in promoting the achievement of the goals of education in schools. Quality of service will be seen in this study is the quality service in the school library for children with special needs in inclusive schools which is a school that combines normal children and children special needs to study together. This type of research is explanative and methods used is a questionnaire with a number of respondents 70 people. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in the quality of library services for children with special needs in SMPN 29 Surabaya with SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. The analytical method used is the Independent Sample T-Test using SPSS 22 software for Windows. From the analysis we concluded that the quality of library services for children with special needs in SMPN 29 Surabaya with SMPN 4 Sidoarjo no difference in dimensions Affect of Service, Dimensions Information Control and Dimensions Library as Place.
