Abstract
Pada saat ini bank sudah mulai meninggalkan asas 5C dimana character menjai yang utama karena saat ini bank mulai melihat collateral sebagai syarat utama dari kredit. Hal ini dilakukan karena bank tidak lagi percaya kepada character dan lebih percaya kepada hal nyata. Collateraal digunakan sebagai antisipasi apabila terjadi kredit macet sehingga bank dapat meminimalisir kerugiannya.
