Abstract
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) merupakan pedoman tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, memiliki prinsip-prinsip dasar yaitu transportasi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian, dan kewajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan GCG di BNI Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya.
