Abstract
Berdasarkan Praktik kerja Lapangan di PT. A.J. Central Asia Raya yang telah dilaksanakan tentang Customer Relationship Management, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : PT A.J. Central Asia Raya secara keseluruhan telah mengaplikasikan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dengan efektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah nasabah yang loyal dan semakin besar tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan atau nasabah pada perusahaan.
