Abstract

Nurses is the most health worker who contribute to determining the quality of health service. Concern to the condition and needs of nurses will make the high loyalty, and it can give a positive impact to nurse performance. Quality of nursing work life is an effective way to improve the job performance of nurses. This study aimed to analyze correlation between individual factor and nurses performance, also correlation between QNWL and nurses performance. Method: the design of the study was correlational research with cross-sectional approach. The sample was 106 nurses by simple random sampling. The independent variables were individual factor (education and legth of working), and QNWL. The dependent variable was job performance. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with (p<0,05) degree of significance. Result and Analysis: the result showed that there was a correlation between education and nurse performance(p=0,035), also there was a correlation between QNWL and nurse performance(p=0,000). The legth of working was not influence with nurses performance (p=0,103). Discussion: individual factor: education and QNWL give an impact to nurses performance. It is suggesstion to the next research to analyze another significance factors that influence the QNWL.
