Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family involvement terhadap internasionalisasi perusahaan keluarga dengan dimoderasi oleh pengalaman dewan komisaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan keluarga sektor manufaktur di Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2014 hingga 2018. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah internasionalisasi yang diproksikan dengan foreign sales to total sales. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah family board chair of commissioner, family board chair of director, dan multiple family generation. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa family board chair of commissioner dan family board chair of director berpengaruh negatif terhadap internasionalisasi dan secara signifikan pengalaman dewan komisaris memperlemah pengaruh negatif family board chair of commissioner dan family board chair of director terhadap internasionalisasi, multiple family generation berpengaruh positif terhadap internasionalisasi dan pengalaman dewan komisaris tidak memoderasi pengaruh positif multiple family generation terhadap internasionalisasi.
