Abstract
According to Scott (2019) there are three communication strategies in promoting product, but they were only one ommunication strategies used by receptionists in Aruna Senggigi Hotel Resort and Convention. They were using push strategis this strategies were often used by the senior receptionist to make the guests interested. The receptionist often used push strategies when the reception offer to guests by face to face and convince guests with the products of other companies that we sell. Pull strategies and push strategies both have benefit, but the way to use the strategy is different. Pull strategies is usually offered on certain seasons such as on holidays, public holidays, and weekends there will usually be discounted and promotion, but push strategies are often used to offer the product that we coorperate with other companies such as motorcycle rentals. And the second is communication strategies to handling complaint guests, according to cook (2008) there are four-way communication strategies to handling complaints and those four methods are always used by senior receptionists to handle guest complaints.
