Abstract

Pendahuluan : Cervical degenerative disc disease adalah perubahan patologi pada servikal yang berkaitan dengan proses degenerative. Tindakan pembedahan merupakan salah satu modalitas terapi pada kasus cervical degenerative disc disease. Gambaran luaran klinis pasca pembedahan dibutuhkan untuk mengevaluasi hasil tindakan yang telah dikerjakan. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian retrospektif observasional untuk mengevaluasi outcome klinis dan fungsional menggunakan Neck Disability Index & SF36 pada Cervical Degenerative Disc Disease sebelum dan sesudah tindakan pembedahan di RS Dr Soetomo Surabaya tahun 2013-2018. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dan dibandingkan menggunakan uji T-test. Hasil : Didapatkan total 12 pasien dengan rincian 8 pasien laki-laki dan 4 pasien perempuan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan penurunan rata-rata skor NDI yang signifikan (p=0,05) sebelum operasi (47,33) dibandingkan dengan setelah operaso (15,58). Didapatkan peningkatan rata-rata skor SF36 yang signifikan (p>0,05) sebelum operasi (50,75) dibandingkan dengan setelah operasi (88,16). Kesimpulan : Terdapat peningkatan outcome klinis dan fungsional pada pasien cervical degenerative disc disease yang dilaukan tindakan operatif.
