Abstract
Background. This research intended to asses the organizational culture and work environment which must be performed by three, four and five star hotels in Surabaya in connection with satisfaction, motivation and performance of the supervisors. Method. This research was conducted at three, four and five star hotels in Surabaya which covered 126 supervisors as respondent. This research by utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the technique was processed with AMOS program 6.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between these variables in this study revealed that eight hypothesis have significant correlation but one hypothesis has nonsignificant correlation. Conclusion. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources and practice management.
