Abstract
Direktorat Sistem Informasi Universitas Airlangga (DSI UA) is the Directorateowned by Airlangga University (UA). DSI UA is responsible for the Information and Technology (IT) to help UA in running its function. DSI UA should run its IT compliance with regulations in Indonesia especially copyright when carrying out its business processes. DSI UA Has implemented ISO 27000 framework. But DSI UA has never measure the achievement level of process monitoring, evaluation and assessment of compliance with IT. Therefore, the research is conducted on the measurement of process monitoring, evaluation and assessment of compliance with the regulation of IT based MEA 03 COBIT5 process Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Compliance with External Requirements. Several processes need to be done in measuring the process is the RACI chart mapping the subsequent manufacture of a questionnaire. The next process is execution of the survey in the DSI UA.. The next process is the analysis of the questionnaire answers. last is process of designing suggestion and solution improvement over the results of the analysis of the results of the questionnaire answers. The results showed performance values is 2.19 and the achievement of capability level is currently at level 3 on PA 3.1 Process definition. Proposed of corrective action will be carried out in three phases, namely the improvement of capability level 3, achievement of capability level 4, and achievement of capability level 5.
