Abstract
Popularitas penerapan teknologi Digital Twin telah meningkat selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Terkait implementasi Digital Twin di Indonesia, masih sedikit perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan teknologi ini, meski banyak pilihan penyedia Digital Twin untuk dipilih. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai digital twin options kepada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia yaitu PT. Pupuk Kaltim. Berfokus pada divisi layanan pabrik perusahaan, informasi mengenai opsi, implementasi proses, manfaat, dan tantangan disajikan dalam penelitian ini. Review literatur dan data internal perusahaan digunakan untuk diolah dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Semua temuan yang dipresentasikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses manufaktur di divisi jasa pelayanan pabrik PT. Pupuk Kaltim.
