Abstract

UD. Tiand is an unit trade in selling of nine basic needs, it 's serves in large and small quantitie. To increase it 's sales UD. Tiand has many difficulties, especially in the manner data. As long as a unit trade is still used manual system in recording inventories and sales. That system influence efficiency and effectiveness of work, so that in serving customers very slow. So did the problem of the amount of inventories is often has a mistake in determining the balance of goods, either excess or shortage of supply of goods, that it 's making difficult for service to the customers in the sales process. Of course, this is very loss the UD. Tiand From the statement above, there must be information system which based on inventory and sales by using the computer application by using the computer application by using web based and barcode scan hardware. This process start from making Document Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, diagram levels, Conceptual Data Model (CDM) which has 16 entities, and Physical Data Model (P DM) which has 16 table, forming database, input design, output design, system inventory and sale of goods, and making reports which related such as : sales reports, purchase reports, financial reports, and inventory reports. Hopefully, sales information system by using barcode can be used to help the process of recording inventory and sales in speed, accuracy data to improve customers and profits UD. Tiand
