Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap strategi bisnis, strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja bisnis, serta mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis dengan strategi bisnis sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 68 Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) makanan olahan binaan koperasi Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang diambil dengan metode kuisioner menggunakan skala likert. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian path analysis, menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis, strategi bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, dan strategi bisnis sebagai variabel intervening yang berpengaruh pada orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis.
