Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the factors that affect job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi riders in Ojek Syari Indonesia, especially in East Java. This research is an explorative quantitative research by collecting data using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to the best friend of Ojek Syar’I drivers in East Java. The number of respondents in this study were 50 respondents, including motorbike taxi drivers in the cities of Surabaya, Malang, Sidoarjo, Gresik and Madiun. Explorative research is carried out if information from a situation or phenomenon is not known with certainty, so it is necessary to dig deeper information with the help of literature or form a discussion or interview with the object of research. The data analysis technique used in this study is a factor analysis technique with a descriptive analysis stage that provides an overview of the data held. The results of the analysis test show the factors that influence job satisfaction of ojek syar'i motorbike friends in East Java are the Compensation Factor, Human Relations Supervisory Factor, Working Conditions Factor, Corporate Policy Factors and Implementation, Factors Variation, Social Status Factors, the six variable factors that can be agreed as new variables as opposed to the job satisfaction of online shari'ah friends, so that companies can be accessed related to the six factors of the 21 variables that have been grouped into these six factors.
