Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa organizaional trust berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap organizational deviant behavior, organizational deviant behaviorberpengaruh siknifikan terhadap job performance dan organizational trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance melalui organizational deviat behavior sebagai variabel mediasi
