Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lean procurement di dalam Bumi Surabaya City Resort dengan mengidentifikasi 9 prinsip lean serta usulan perbaikannya dengan menggunakan diagram cause and effect. 9 prinsip yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah standardized work, quality at source, 5S/workplace organization, team, batch size reduction, work cells, point of use storage, visual control serta pull system. Peneliti melakukan observasi serta wawancara guna menemukan data aktual tentang proses pengadaan di Bumi Surabaya City Resort telah lean atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan lean di Bumi Surabaya City Resort masih belum lean dikarenakan penerapan prinsip batch size reduction serta team masih belum maksimal
