Abstract
Based on the data, the achievement of performance management programs in Wates Public health center Mojokerto in particular the operational management of the 2011 until 2013 still in the moderate category (grades 7,5) of the target good performance (value 8.5). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intergroup contact conditions towards cooperation and operational management performance the public health center in Kota and Kabupaten of Mojokerto. This study was analytic observational study with cross-sectional data collection. Population in this study were 32 public health centers in Kota and Kabupaten Mojokerto and randomly obtained a sample of 28 public health centers. The test of the effect on this research used multinomial regression test, and used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for data processing. The results showed that the condition of intergroup contact between programs in the public health center affect the conditions of cooperation between the programs in the the public health center in Kota and Kabupaten of Mojokerto. Also found there is an effect between cooperation conditions between management operational performance in public health center in Kota and Kabupaten of Mojokerto. However, there is no influence of intergroup contact conditions on the performance of the operational management of the health center.
